For the fourth year in a row the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad starts on the site for the ICC Gent and the SMAK. The team presentation is again in the Ghent Kuipke. With start for the ICC and arrival at the Halsesteenweg in Meerbeke we again expect a lot of people. On Saturday February 24th, this can cause serious traffic in and around the start and finish site. The City of Ghent and De Lijn do everything possible in order to organise the way to ‘Omloop Het Nieuwsblad’ in an optimal way. The finish in Ninove is also easily accessible. We hereby list all the transport options for you.
People who live in and around the Citadel Park or in the centre of Ghent can best go on foot. Searching for a parking space or a free bicycle parking area will therefore not be necessary.

Consult the bicycle route planner via the link http://fietsrouteplanner.gentfietst.be and quickly and easily map out your own bicycle route.
